This diabetes recipe should not be overcooked or the
venison steaks will become tough.
Grilled Venison Steaks (Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 125 ml Italian salad dressing
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp spicy mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 venison steaks, 1 cm thick
Preparation
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and blend well.
Place the steaks and the marinade in a resealable plastic bag,
seal and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for
2-4 hours.
- Grill the venison over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side,
just enough to leave some pink in the center.
