This diabetes recipe makes a healthy and refreshing juice drink to
"wake" you up in the morning.
Red Ruby Juice
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 900 ml tomato juice
- 3-4 drops Tabasco
- 150 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
To Garnish
- ice cubes
- 4 orange rind twists
- 4 small celery sticks
Preparation
- Mix the tomato juice and Tabasco together together.
Add the orange juice and stir well to blend.
- Pour into 4 small tumblers. Add ice cubes, garnish
with orange twists and place a celery stick in each glass.
Serve immediately.
